Implement for Success – CPIA 2
This seminar dives into the consultative sales process. Attendees gain hands-on experience in conducting needs assessments, engaging in effective fact-finding, and crafting tailored insurance proposals. The seminar introduces strategies for building rapport, handling objections, delivering compelling presentations, and ensuring transparent communication. Emphasis is placed on active listening and adapting solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.

During this workshop, participants learn:

  • specific tools for analyzing consumer need
  • how to utilize risk identification techniques to gather pertinent prospect information;
  • skills necessary to assimilate information gathered into customized coverage recommendations;
  • how to prepare a complete submission; and
  • tips for preparing and presenting a comprehensive insurance proposal.

Cancellation Policy: Notices must be recieved in writing. Cancellations up to 14 days prior to webinar fully refundable. Within 14 days up to the day of the webinar a $50 cancellation fee will apply. If registration hasn't been paid prior to attending the webinar, and you were a no show, an invoice for the $50 cancellation fee will be issued.  Not responsible for no shows.

All webinars are presented Pacific Time. It is the responsibility of the participant they adjust for the time zone they are in.
