Start the year by finding out what your agency is really paying for. We will walk through a quick self audit of software, licenses, and phone systems to uncover duplicate tools, unused seats, and easy wins. Attendees leave with a one page checklist to right size their tech spend.

Instructor: Matt Slade

Matt Slade is Co-Founder of PrismAMS and has spent more than 20 years in insurance technology, working with AMS vendors, comparative raters, carriers, and independent agencies across the country. He is the author of The Insurance Agency’s Non-Techie Guide to Cyber Security and consults with independent P&C agencies on IT strategy, cybersecurity, and automation. Matt is based in the Pacific Northwest.
