Instructor: Paul Roberts, CIC, CISR, AINS, AIS, API 


Paul is a licensed Personal Insurance Agent for PEMCO Insurance Agency, a subsidiary of PEMCO Insurance Company. PEMCO Insurance is headquartered in Seattle, Washington, offering personal insurance to Oregon and Washington residents.

Paul has been in the insurance industry since 1998 and promoted through the roles of Direct Sales, Casualty Adjuster, Sales Trainer, and Field Insurance Agent.   He completed his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, earned his CIC in 2006 and CISR in 2017.  He has been a National Faculty member with the National Alliance since 2015.

Paul considers himself a personal insurance geek, enjoying the challenge of finding the right insurance protection for his clients, and hopes to help you do the same with yours.

CISR Cancellations received within 10 business days of the course will incur a $35 non-transferable fee. There will be no refund if participant is a “no-show”.
