Paul W. Burkett JD, CPCU, CIC, CRM, ARM, ALCM

Paul Burkett is the President and CEO of Snoaspen Insurance Group, Inc. Paul began his career as a Loss Control Representative for SAFECO Insurance Company after serving as an Officer in the United States Air Force.  During his career with SAFECO, Paul served as a Loss Control Supervisor, Loss Control Manager, Commercial Sales Representative, Division Commercial Lines Underwriting Manager, and Regional Workers Compensation Manager.  From Safeco Insurance Company, Paul worked for Frank B. Hall & Company as a Vice President in charge of Risk Management Services.  Paul was responsible for design and implementation of alternative insurance programs such as pools, self-insurance, and captives.  From Frank B. Hall, Paul assisted in establishing the Meadowbrook of Colorado office and focused on developing specialized group programs.  Paul assisted in establishing TUITIONGard which specialized in coverage for private student loans provided through banks in the United States.  


Keith Wilts, CIC, CPCU

Keith provides education and support to the insurance community in the understanding and application of business income and extra expense coverages at the time of loss. He holds the CIC and CPCU designations and has over 40 years of experience involving production and consulting activities on commercial, personal, and farm insurance. Keith earned his CIC designation in 1981 and has served as CIC National faculty and Ruble faculty since 2002.

James K Ruble Live Seminar Policy: Cancellations received within 7 days of the seminar will incur a $75 fee ($390 refund). If you do not cancel and do not attend the program, you will incur a $125 fee ($340 refund). You may substitute an eligible person for the same event anytime at no charge with notification prior to the course. ALL CANCELLATIONS NEED TO BE IN WRITING.
