BRUCE M. McCREADIE, CIC, AAI, CPIA
Bruce McCreadie is the founder and president of American PEO Insurers, a virtual agency that specializes in providing insurances for Professional Employer Organizations and Staffing Companies across the country. Bruce commenced his agency career as a founding partner in “Ashlyn & McCreadie Insurance and Financial Services” in Denver, Colorado. This agency was driven by a very active sales center operation that marketed Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Life, Health, and Financial Services.Upon retiring to Florida, Bruce opened a new agency in Tallahassee marketing personal and commercial lines. The agency was very successful in that it was a “laboratory” where the latest in technology and marketing & sales ideas were implemented. During this time Bruce also served on the Faculty of Florida State University, College of Business, Department of Risk Management and Insurance.Bruce is a graduate of Florida State University majoring in “Business Management” with minor coursework in “Risk Management and Insurance.” Bruce is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), an Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), and a Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA). Additionally, Bruce has served on various Boards of The National Alliance and currently serves on the Florida State University Executive Council of the Dr. William T. Hold/The National Alliance Program in Risk Management & Insurance.
Lori Rummelt, CIC, CPIA
Lori Heemstra Rummelt has over thirty years of experience in the insurance industry, sixteen of which with a large independent agency where she has served as Commercial Lines Manager. Lori possesses strong hands-on proficiency with agency operations, training, development of consistent professional standards and agency errors and omissions (E&O) loss control. She is skilled at optimizing the use of agency technology, particularly Applied’s TAM and Epic systems.
In 2018, Lori joined LaPorte Consulting by providing operations consulting and education. Her experience with utilizing systems and streamlining workflows has made her a sought-after resource.
Lori is an approved instructor for the Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) program and teaches a number of continuing education classes, including those with emphasis on agency management and Errors and Omissions (E&O) loss control. She has earned the professional designations of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA). She is licensed as an agent in the state of Michigan.
