Stephen Harrington-Descoteaux, CIC is the Chief Operations Officer at Cross Insurance Agency.  With 20+ years of experience in insurance, retail, restaurant, marketing, and office management, he brings his fresh visions and insight to the quickly changing business world. Stephen believes that everyone can be successful with proper training and encouragement.

In addition to managing Cross Insurance Agency, Stephen has started a consulting firm, Diva of Insurance, Inc, which helps other HawkSoft agents unlock the information hidden within their management system and assists in training the management team members to succeed. With more than 14 years of experience as a power HawkSoft user and trainer, his passion lies in helping others get the clean concise data needed for proper business planning. Through speaking and teaching at local, regional, and national conferences, he has a strong understanding of the information that independent agents need to succeed.

Stephen obtained his CIC designation in 2009 and since then has built a strong network in the insurance community through building relationships, speaking at national conferences, networking, and personal branding. He stays on top of current technology, insurance, office, marketing, and management trends by attending several conferences a year as well as reading varying trade publications and blogs.
