CIC live course cancellations received within 3-10 business days of the institute will incur a $50 fee ($370 refund). Cancellations received within 1-2 business days of the institute will incur a $150 fee ($270 refund). There will be no refund if the participant is a no-show. ALL CANCELLATIONS NEED TO BE IN WRITING. IF CLASS HAS NOT BEEN PAID FOR, AND IS CANCELED 10 DAYS OUT FROM CLASS, THE FEE STILL APPLIES.
