SUMMARY:WEB260910PAFF Rural & Town Agents Seminar
DESCRIPTION:Valid for 6 CE: NM\, NMGET UP WITH THE ROOSTERS AND YOUR COFFEE! THIS WEBINAR BEGINS AT 7:00 AM PACIFIC TIME. Each session is 3 hours in length with a half hour break in between.2 Sessions will be presented: ISO's New CGL Is Coming What You Need To Know and Farm Auto Exposures Effective Use of Insurance To Address Ag Transportation Risk\nISO's New CGL Is Coming What You Need To Know ISO has introduced a countrywide revision of the Commercial General Liability Coverage Form with a December\, 2025 edition date. This revised form is available for adoption by carriers beginning in mid-2026. The importance of the CGL for our clients cannot be overstated. Your understanding of the relevant changes coming with this revision is essential as you work to finance your clients' risks with proper insurance coverage forms including the CGL. Farm Auto Exposures Effective Use of Insurance To Address Ag Transportation Risk Farm machinery presents a substantial risk for our clients. Whether an item is mobile under its own power or is provided mobility via a pulling unit\, the exposures are real and dramatic. This presentation will address exposures associated with items that move. The purpose is to remind the agent that the policy forms we use can certainly provide coverages necessary for these exposures\, but without careful review of the available coverage forms\, their many exclusions and conditions can prove problematic. The basis of the presentation will be the coverages for "mobile equipment" found in the CGL and farm liability forms routinely used in the agribusiness market\, the coverages for owned and non-owned vehicles found in the Personal Auto Policy (PAP)\, and the "auto" coverages found in the Business Auto Policy (BAP). Review of how coverage is 'constructed' in each of these forms will solidify our understanding of how we can effectively address risks associated with items that move. Instructor: Sam Bennett\, CIC\, AFIS\, CPRM\, CRIS\, TRIP\, CPIA\nCancellation Policy: Notices must be received in writing. Cancellations up to 10 days prior to webinar fully refundable. Within 10 days of the webinar - non refundable. Not responsible for no shows which are also non refundable. If your name is on the roster with PIA Hosted and you are a no show without prior notification\, the full webinar fee will be charged. Sorry no exceptions.
