Rates are net to the publisher. No Ad Agency Commission is paid.

Each edition runs the following months: January, March, May, July, September & November


  1. The required format for digital advertisement is hi-res (300ppi) PDF, JPG, or TIF files with all fonts and images embedded.

  2. Embedded images must be a minimum of 300 dpi; Line art: 1200dpi and CMYK.

  3. MAC/PC files are acceptable.

  4. Include all printer & screen fonts and all art files in addition to main document.

  5. Ads requiring alterations will be charged at a rate of $50 an hour.
