Darrin L. Rankin is the President of the Rankin Insurance Group, which is located in Huntersville NC (a suburban area of Charlotte). Darrin started the Rankin Insurance Group as a scratch Agent in 2001, when he relocated from Syracuse NY to Charlotte NC. The Rankin Insurance Group is an Independent Insurance Agency offering Auto, Home, Business and Life Insurance products. Darrin is licensed in NC, SC, GA, VA, PA, MD and OH.Prior to starting the Rankin Insurance Group, he worked for the Erie Insurance Group for 5 years as a District Sales Manager where he recruited, trained and managed Agents through central NY. While working for ERIE Insurance, he earned his MBA from Syracuse University and completed his CIC designation in 2000.Darrin also serves as an Insurance Pre-Licensing instructor at Central Piedmont Community College. In 2018 Darrin received the honorable distinction of National CIC Faculty. |
