Michael Haynes CIC, CISR, CRM

Michael Haynes is the owner of Armada Insurance Services. He began his career in Insurance in 2003 at a small family-owned agency serving in a variety of positions, which later included working as a commercial lines producer.  This led to a move into business management and risk consulting in the construction industry.

Michael has been formally teaching insurance classes since 2019. His teaching experience expands beyond the insurance industry itself, with over a decade teaching foreign language classes as well as safety training & building maintenance programs.  

He earned his CIC designation in 2021.  Having worked both in and out of the insurance industry has provided Michael with a strong focus on making practical and real-world application of insurance contracts


Teresa Pacelli CIC, AIC

Teresa Pacelli works primarily as a National Risk Consultant specializing in providing workers' compensation loss reduction strategies or large account and risk management business.  Teresa assists with new business opportunities, client advisory initiatives and coordinates consulting projects.   Claim administrator performance is evaluated through auditing, claim procedural assessments, claim closure projects with an eye on collateral relief and cost containment strategies to support a clients' risk management objectives.

Teresa has over 30 years of experience dedicated to WC Claims Management having served companies such as Willis Towers Watson, Venture Programs, Royal & SunAlliance, AIG, and Aetna.  She specializes in Total Worker Health and also assists employers in cost containment strategies through integrated disability benefits management.

In addition to motivational speaking and continuing education seminars, Teresa also provides onsite training and education regarding Workers' Compensation programs, return to work needs, and the coordination of Family Medical Leave Act, Americans and Disabilities Act, and Workers' Compensation. 

Teresa graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Portland Oregon with a B.S. Degree in Communications.  She has continued her insurance education with an Associates in Claims (AIC) and she earned her CIC designation in 2004

CIC live course cancellations received within 3-10 business days of the institute will incur a $50 fee ($384 refund). Cancellations received within 1-2 business days of the institute will incur a $150 fee ($284 refund). There will be no refund if the participant is a no-show. ALL CANCELLATIONS NEED TO BE IN WRITING.
