Ross Pearce

CIC, CLU, ChFC, LUTCF 

Ross began his career in the insurance business as an agent in 1985 in Santa Maria, California with Farmers Insurance. After seven successful years, he moved to East Tennessee as a District Manager. He was recruited by Farmers to become an employee moving to Iowa as the Life and Financial Services Manager for the state. When the University of Farmers began, he was tapped to lead the training division and helped develop this university into the number one corporate university in the world in 2011. Ross left corporate life in 2012 and took over an agency in Austin, Texas. In 2015 he retired and has been devoting time to training agents and volunteer activities.  Ross earned his Certified Insurance Counselors designation in 1999 and is a National Faculty member for The National Alliance, teaching at the CIC Life and Health and Personal Lines Institutes. In addition to his CIC designation, Ross has also earned the insurance designations of Charter Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) and Consultative Sales Graduate (CSG).
