Description
Valid for 3 OR and satifisfies the Oregon Law Credit. Participants will also identify the key impacts of the Insurance laws and Administrative rules as it relates to the agent/agency. Agencies as an organizational culture and the importance of minimizing self-destructive activities will be discussed. Significant value interests and the benefit of an ethical culture upon an organization will be discussed as to the impact of the law and rules within the agency and insurance agent’s roles. We will also discuss the responsibilities to the consumer and or the impact to the consumer should we not follow the rules and laws of the State of Oregon.
