This course will discuss Wildfire disasters and how we; as agents, underwriters, adjusters and insureds should be trained to respond to any type of a disaster from the beginning through the claims process after. As our instructor has personal experience loosing her home in the Gray Fire August 2024, she will be insights on what agents can do to support their clients after the fact.
