I obtained my CIC designation in 1982 and am now a member of the national faculty of the National Alliance of Insurance Education and Research which provides designation programs and continuing education for agents countrywide.
It is important to make a difference in the lives of others. By understanding insurance and the exposures faced by our clients, we can help them avoid the financial hardships that face us all.
On a more personal note, I enjoy golfing, skiing and playing the guitar. My biggest and most enjoyable pastime now is following the various activities of my five grandchildren My wife and I enjoy spending time in Orange Beach, AL when time permits. Orange Beach is a beach community on the Gulf of Mexico in southern Alabama
My sister is the executive director of a local nonprofit called Hope Village for Children and we try to support them as much as we can. I also work with our local flood insurance awareness program in Lauderdale County, MS.
